The Texas man who is accused of fatally shooting his neighbor after her dog ran into his yard is thought to have had a long term grudge against the woman.  Hector Campos, 43, was arrested and released from jail on a $50,000 bond after being charged with murder in the death of his neighbor Ana Weed, 53, in Spring, Texas. Officials say the fatal shooting happened after the two were involved in an argument following the moment Weed's dog strayed into Campos' yard on Tuesday in their neighborhood that's about 25 miles north of Houston.
