The Magic of Christmas at Colchester Zoo
Colchester Zoo will add a spark of magic to your Christmas celebrations this year with the return of their popular Christmas event ‘The Magic of Christmas’.
Taking place on December 15th & 16th and the 19th to 24th, there will be a variety of festive activities including the chance to meet Santa in his enchanted grotto open between 9.30am and 4pm each day and every paying child will have the chance to meet Santa and receive a present!
Other festive activities will also be on throughout the Magic of Christmas event dates including the chance to meet Santa's live reindeer and the opportunity to see the ever famous zoo staff mini pantomime, which this year is Beauty and the Beast.
On Friday 21st and Sunday 23rd December the Zoo is open until 9.30pm for the Starlight late night opening which gives you the chance to enjoy all the Christmas illuminations as well as extra events and feeds taking place which is guaranteed to boost your Christmas spirit!
